Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Telegram bots whose messages link to this page (the “Service”). By using or paying for the Service, you accept these terms.
1. The Service
The Service creates images, videos and text replies with artificial intelligence models from your photos and requests. Processing is done by third-party AI model providers and Telegram infrastructure.
2. Age
By using the Service, you confirm that you are old enough to accept these terms on your own in your country, or that you use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Generations, tokens and payments
- Paid features are paid for with the bot’s internal unit — generations or tokens (💎). The price of each pack is shown on its button before you pay.
- Payments are accepted in Telegram Stars (processed by Telegram) or in crypto and by card through a third-party payment service. We never receive your card details.
- Generations and tokens are added to your balance right after payment and are spent as you use them. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other users.
- Free generations and tokens (for sponsor tasks, invited friends, gifts) are a bonus; their terms and amounts may change.
4. Refunds
- A purchase is digital content available immediately, so paid and used generations and tokens are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If a generation fails for technical reasons, the generations or tokens charged for it are returned to your balance.
- If your payment went through but your balance was not topped up, contact the bot’s support — we will credit the purchase or refund it.
- Purchases made with Telegram Stars are refunded in Stars.
5. Your content and rules
You are responsible for the photos and texts you send and must have the rights to them. You may not use the Service for:
- sexual content involving minors — in any form;
- intimate or defamatory images of real people without their consent;
- fraud, impersonation, harassment or threats;
- breaking the law or infringing copyrights and other people’s rights.
We may refuse a generation, delete a result or restrict access to the Service if these rules are broken, without refunding what was spent on violating requests.
6. Generated results
You may use the results for personal and commercial purposes as long as this does not break the law or other people’s rights. Results are generated automatically: they may be inaccurate, differ from what you expected or accidentally resemble other works. Double-check important information in AI replies.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the availability of specific models. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
8. Changes
We may change the Service, prices and these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; by continuing to use the Service, you accept it. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
