Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data the Telegram bots whose messages link to this page (the “Service”) collect and how it is used.
1. Data we receive
- Telegram account data: ID, username, name, interface language.
- What you send to the bot: photos, texts, requests and messages, and the generated results.
- Your balance and the history of top-ups and charges: amount, date, payment ID. Card and wallet details never reach us — they are handled by Telegram and the payment service.
- Who invited you to the bot and whom you invited, sponsor tasks you completed.
- Technical logs and anonymized usage statistics.
2. Why
- to fulfil your requests and deliver results;
- to accept payments and keep your balance;
- to protect the Service from abuse and handle support requests;
- to improve the Service based on anonymized statistics;
- to send notifications about your balance, gifts and new features — you can opt out by blocking the bot.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share only what the Service needs to work:
- AI model providers — photos, requests and messages, to produce the result;
- Telegram — to run the bot and process Stars payments;
- the payment service — when you pay in crypto or by card (payment ID and amount);
- partners that verify sponsor tasks — your Telegram ID;
- the hosting provider whose servers store the data.
We may also disclose data when lawfully required by public authorities.
4. Storage
Data is stored with our hosting provider and may be processed outside your country. We keep it as long as the Service needs it: request drafts and temporary files are deleted automatically, and the chat bot keeps only the latest messages of a conversation so the model remembers the context. Payment records are kept as long as accounting and dispute handling require.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting the bot’s support. After deletion, your balance and history are lost. You can stop receiving messages at any time by blocking the bot.
6. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you learn that a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; a new version takes effect when it is published on this page. The rules for using the Service are in the Terms of Service.
